Your License will be processed at the same time that your application is processed. The Body Art License Application fee is 125.00. License fees are non-refundable. Once you pay the license fee, you are issued a license as described below. Licenses may be renewed for an additional five years for 25.00 per license. Nonresident or foreign applicants may apply for a nonresident or foreign license through the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and may apply for an initial nonresident or foreign license in another state as long as there is an established reciprocity agreement between the applicant's state and New Hampshire.
